Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Construkted Reality collects when you use https://construkted.com (the “Service”), how we use it, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

  • Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. We use this to operate your account and to contact you about the Service.
  • Content you upload. The 3D capture data (Assets) you upload and the Projects, annotations, and measurements you create. Because Assets are captures of real places, they may contain location information.
  • Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe (www.stripe.com). Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) and the cookies described below.

Your content is private by default

Assets and Projects you upload are visible only to you and the people you invite, unless you explicitly publish them — as Unlisted (visible to anyone with the link) or Public (discoverable by anyone). Our staff do not access your private content except as required to operate, maintain, or support the Service, or with your permission.

How we use and share information

We use your information to provide the Service, respond to you, and — unless you opt out — occasionally tell you about product updates. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Service — payment processing (Stripe) and the infrastructure that hosts it — or when required to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body. Unless prohibited by law, we will notify you of such a request.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Because a session cookie identifies your account, it is linked to you. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Security

All traffic between your browser and the Service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it for a specific job, such as billing or support.

Your access to and control over information

At any time, you can contact us to:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Correct any data we have about you.
  • Delete your account and your data.
  • Opt out of any future marketing contact from us.
