The short version: on Free, your scans stay hosted and shareable, but everything you upload is public and 5 GB fills fast. Paying gets you what client work needs. Basic adds private assets and room. Plus adds private projects, the commercial license, volume measurement, and downloads of your originals and tilesets. Pro and Premium add team logins and serious storage. Educational and cultural-preservation organizations get a discount on request.

When you'll want to move up

The walls almost everyone hits

Storage fills fast

3D capture is huge. The free 5 GB fills after a scan or two, which is why Basic's 50 GB is the common first step up.

Your team needs its own logins

Plus is a single seat. Pro adds 3 team members, Premium adds 15, and it's still one flat price per organization with no per-seat metering. The whole crew works in the same projects under their own accounts.

Client work needs privacy

On Free, everything you upload is public. The moment a client's site can't sit in a public gallery, you need private assets. For paid client work that means Plus: private projects and the commercial license.

Straight answers

Common questions

Is Construkted Reality free?

There's a free plan: 5 GB, measurements and annotations, everything public. It's enough to try the workflow on a real scan. The product itself is paid, though. Private work, more storage, team seats, and the commercial license all live on the paid tiers.

Does it replace my CAD, BIM, or GIS tools?

No, and it doesn't try to. Construkted Reality is the review, handoff, and collaboration layer for 3D capture. It sits alongside your authoring and survey tools. It's not a capture tool either: you scan with whatever you already use, then bring the data here to share it.

Is pricing per user?

No. Every plan is a flat monthly price per organization. Pro includes 3 team members and Premium includes 15, with no per-seat math.

What's public and what's private?

On Free, everything you upload is public. Basic adds private assets. Plus adds private projects, so the whole job, interpretations included, can stay behind the curtain. Publishing is always an explicit act: unlisted (link-only) or public (discoverable), never automatic.

Do my clients need a paid account to view what I send them?

No. Anyone with a share link opens the scan in their browser. No account, no install, no cost to them, on any plan including Free.

Is anything metered, like storage overages, credits, or per-download fees?

No. Every plan is a flat monthly price with fixed capacity. When you outgrow a tier you move up a plan; nothing meters behind your back and there are no surprise line items.

What counts as commercial use?

Paid work (client deliverables, work for your employer, anything you invoice) needs a Commercial license, which starts on Plus. Free and Basic carry a Personal license for learning, hobby scanning, and personal projects.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Up or down, anytime.

What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?

Nothing goes dark. Your assets and projects stay hosted, viewable, and shareable, and your existing links keep working. You lose the ability to upload anything new, and original uploaded files are removed after 30 days. The web-ready version your links point at stays up. Download your originals within that window if you want local copies.

Can my whole team share one plan?

Plans are per organization, not per user, but team members get their own logins. Plus is a single seat. Pro includes 3 team members and Premium includes 15, at one flat monthly price with no per-seat metering.

How accurate are the measurements? Can I use them in a deliverable?

Measurements are taken on your actual captured geometry and are made for communicating and reviewing the work: defensible numbers your team and your client see on the real scan. Construkted Reality sits alongside your survey-grade pipeline. It is where the numbers get seen and discussed, not where you certify them.

Do you offer discounts?

Educational and cultural-preservation organizations get a discount on request. Get in touch through the contact page.
